Hello,

There is no magic wand; it requires more information from you for us to know what to tell you.

1. Did you make videos successfully before or has this always been a problem?

2. What version of Camtasia are you using?

3. What operating system are you running it on? How much memory?

4. What type of clip files did you put on the project timeline?

5. What were these recorded with?

6. What EXACTLY were you doing when the message displayed?

Camtasia 8.1? 8.4? 8.6?

Windows 7? 8? 10?

What format are the clips - AVI? mp4? what?

What is the total running time?

Did you try a SHORTER version?

I believe you are asking Camtasia to do too much. It's a combination of running time, what type of clips and how many factors to remember within one project.

My advise is try a shorter version and measure your success.

That's really a long clip. I wouldn't watch that long. Camtasia writes an XML that keeps track of everything until it can't keep up.
Shorter clips are better, link them together with a You Tube playlist.

You have a 15 second clip - I don't know what you want to do. If this was already on YouTube you can clip URLs to a playlist and not do anything with Camtasia.

try .mp4 file in a short time and produce for test that it has any error? if yes, i think you must encoding your mp4 file to .mp4 file with handbrake or vidcoder  and import to camtasia again.

That would not change your results. Look at Samarn's post above. It's not Camtasia - it is the number of clips or type of clips causing the problem.

I wouldn't use version 8.1 myself.
Why don't you upgrade to 8.6?  It should have less bugs and better performance. It has more features than 8.1. Plus it's free to upgrade.

To each his own but I'm just pointing this out. I'm not saying it will solve your current problem but it can resolve other problems in the future.
If you are using Windows XP Camtasia ended support for XP after version 8.3

Since I use it almost daily (with video clips I shoot with Camtasia) I know that it works to edit and render usable video. It sounds like you are still asking Camtasia to do something it doesn't want to do. When you bring in video created elsewhere it may have issues that we in the user community just have no idea how to troubleshoot.

I recommend you start a support ticket with official Camtasia Support: https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
