I'm using Camtasia version 8 and I have tried many times to render the video. I even changed the folder and the drive that it will be saved to, but it always says the same thing:

"Camtasia studio is out of memory and video production cannot be completed. Save your project, restart Camtasia, and try again."

Camtasia 8 is a 32 bit program and that usually means that the program has reached it limitation of RAM memory usage.
If this video doesn't contain a quiz the best approach would be to use the "red and green" timeline indicator sliders to select 1/2 of the video and produce it to AVI. Then, do the same for the other 1/2 of the video.
Bring those 2 videos  back into Camtasia and produce them as a mp4 or whatever format works for you.

If there is a quiz involved, kayakman may have a better approach to suggest for you.

the project may be too large/complex; CS8 is a 32 bit app and can only use 2 GB of process memory [watch Task Manager]

use the library to segment the project so you can produce the sections separately; then combine the separate productions into a single composite project

this tutorial might be helpful ...

also, try making a timeline selection, right click the selection, execute a "produce selection as"; does that work?  if so, produce the project in sections [to MP4], and combine those MP4s into a final composite project
