Camtasia videos in SumTotal app aren't passing completion status

I am creating videos in Camtasia 2019.0.1 and publishing them as SCORM 2004 (edition 3). I am hosting this files on SumTotal LMS. While in the desktop version these videos are passing the completion status to LMS, in the SumTotal mobile app, they are not passing the completion status. Is anyone on this forum facing similar issues?

Hello,

How are you creating a SCORM 2004 (3rd edition) package?  Camtasia produces SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 2nd Edition.

Do you have a quiz on your video?  What did you set the percentage of video to watch to to get a "completion" status.

Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben,

My bad, it is SCORM 2004 (2nd Edition).

I do have a quiz in my video. I have some videos which do not have quiz. In both the cases, some videos are passing the completion status and some videos aren't. It is very random. I have uploaded around 50 videos published with the same settings and was trying find a pattern in why some videos are passing the status and why some videos are not, but could not find any. If all the videos were not passing the completion status, it could have been understandable. But what is happening is beyond my logic.

I have set completion percentage at 90% and Passing Score is set at 0%.

Thanks,
Sameer

Hi Sameer,

Do you know if the quiz appears before the 90% of the video?  Does the status being set happen different if you take the quiz or not?  I'm at a loss to why it is so inconsistent without being able to view it myself.
