It says on the Camtasia Features page that quizzes can be taken on desktops, laptops, iPads, & Android tablets, but on the How Customers Use Camtasia page it says that quizzes can only be taken on PCs... Which is it?

Sorry for the confusion, Jordan.

I located the text you are talking about. What that means is that quizzing is a feature of the Camtasia Studio (Windows) products. In other words, Camtasia for Mac does not have the Quizzing feature.

If a quiz is produced (using Camtasia Studio on a Windows machine) then that live quiz can be viewed and taken on any machine/device with a web browser including all the devices you mentioned.

Hope this helps,
-Josh

I and some others that I've found online are having issues watching Camtasia-produced videos once the quiz function begins.

These videos are produced on PC, watched on Mac, and for some reason the video goes to black after the first quiz question is asked and answered. Audio continues, but the rest of the video stays black, including for the next quiz questions.

Any idea why this may be, Josh?

Thanks!

Hello, Annelise;

Are the quiz-enabled videos stored on
Screencast.com or are they uploaded to an LMS / private web server? What
web browser are you using to view the videos on the Mac?
