Camtasia uploading to screencast.com, network error

Apparently this post was missing - I have been having trouble bringing up my videos on our network and have my hyperlinks work. So I thought I would try Screencast.com. I successfully created an account and went to upload my video.

However, before the logon screen I am getting an error stating, "A network error has occurred. Please contact your network administrator for assistance." I will certainly do that, however, past experience tells me I will need to give them more information that that. Can you give me some ideas as to what might be wrong, so we can check them out?

Thanks

Hey there,

You are attempting to upload directly at screencast.com correct? Not through the product itself? Can you share the URL you are getting the error at? Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response -

I am in Camtasia, select Pack and Share, then choose the Share to Screencast.com. There is a line "Connecting to Screencast.com....", after a few moments I get the "A network error has occurred..."

...I meant, Produce and Share.

But, as I mentioned, I can log onto Screencast.com from the internet, so we clearly have that ability through our network.

Actually, your link at https://feedback.techsmith.com/techsmith/topics/what_are_the_firewall_ports_and_destinations_for_all... seems to have the same question and he provided a screenshot of the error.
