Hi there!

Camtasia 9 does not yet support 60 FPS content (see my response at: https://feedback.techsmith.com/techsmith/topics/camtasia-studio-9-60fps-rendering ) but we are certainly interested in how 60 FPS content helps in tutorials, presentations, and in other professional use-cases, so feel free to share your thoughts on the subject!

I'm very interested 60 fps videos just look better especially on YouTube. I do tech tutorials and website presentations on one of my channels and then on another, I do video game videos. 60 fps would be highly desirable even for the technical stuff because it really does look that much better.

I do tech tutorials on YouTube as well.  I record screencast and external video camera (at 60FPS) at the same time.  I have to render the screencast in Camtasia, then do all final edits in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 so my video and clips on top of the screencast will be 60FPS.  It would be awesome to edit 100% in Camtasia as it can do just about everything I need it to (including special effects).  The lack of 60FPS export is the only hangup for me.

I record fast paced shooter games in 1080 at 60 fps and upload them to youtube. I was using a free software that rendered at 60fps but did not have the functionalities that camtasia does. After it was recommended to me by a friend, I purchased Camtasia and it only renders in 30 fps making the youtube videos blurry during fast action gameplay.  I am a bit upset about this but it is my fault for not properly researching this product. I really hope this is something that is added in the very near future.
