I wonder if it is possible to render videos that are 360 degrees with Camtasia. It would be cool, if I could learn how to do it with Camtasia.

Better of to use the Adobe Premiere Pro CC or Adobe After Effects CC. This was recently introduced in the 2017 Fall Update.

It can, actually, as 360° videos are the same as regular videos. The thing to note is that the placement of elements are weird as a video is distorted to where it's as if the sphere is inside out. If you want to see proof that Camtasia can render 360° videos, look here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_5z7Bst1WY Of course, you need to tell YouTube that the video you're uploading is 360°, which you can look into by going here: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/6178631. One thing to note is that the footage needs to be an actual 360° video, otherwise it will look bad. And as others suggested, it is wise to use other software as they provide you with more tools to edit 360° videos.
