I'm assuming that an HTML version of a project cannot be exported unless the Controller is included, even though it's a selectable option when producing? I'd rather not have the Controller, since all navigation will be done with Interactive Hotspots. It produces fine if the Controller is included but when I deselect 'Produce with controller', only an MP4 gets produced, no HTML structure.

you need the controller if you want to have interactive content in the project [TOC, captions, hotspots, quiz]

I'm guessing that you mean that Camtasia needs to include the controller for those functionalities to be present. My client doesn't want the controller, and it's going to be tough to let them know that it can't be eliminated or hidden. I'm aware of Autohide, but I need to entirely prevent it from showing. There doesn't appear to be any way to keep it hidden in the HTML or JS. Very surprised that if Camtasia must have the controller for this to happen, and it's going to include it regardless, why offer the option to exclude it? Why not gray that option out whenever it's going to ignore it? Hopefully this wont be a deal breaker for my client.

Hi sindy,
Going back to your first, original post, it seems you wanted to edit the html file to eliminate the player and you could not figure out how to do that.

So, here is a bit more direction on that:

I hope this helps.
