I was in the middle of recording my screen and needed to pause it. I then received a message that the recording isn't available. (This is my first time using this software.) Is there any way to retrieve the content? I spent a good 30 minutes creating it.
I'm very sorry to hear about your issue. I'm afraid to say that we do not currently have a recovery option in the TechSmith Capture app. We are very aware of the need, though, and have spent some time investigating the possibility. I am confident that we will get it in at some point, but it may be a little while, yet.
