If I'm making a training video using screenshots etc...but then halfway though want a video to play from our university...then return to the screenshots...Can I do that?  I'm not finding that option in the tutorials.

Sure, you can switch back and forth from stills/slides. Camtasia multi-track architecture supports this as long as the video clip is in a supported format.

Jamie, just like Timbre4 says, you sure can. Just slice your screenshot video and move it down the timeline to resume after the video you desire is placed in. Add some transitions to look fancy and there ya go.

Hi Jamie,

Yes this is possible as has been recommended in the posts above.
But, I am wondering if you might be wanting to create you video with the images, then have the video play as an embedded video from the University website?

If so, you could:

1. Record the University video (make sure you have permission) and add that to the timeline in between your images.

2. If that cannot be done, you might have better luck creating a PowerPoint presentation with your images then you can get the embed code for the video and put it in the PPT and have it play there. You can always record your PPT with Camtasia.

Others might have more information for you as well.
