Can I download Update files

My firm only allows you to run executables from a 'My Software' folder. Is there a way of downloading the Update file for Snagit and Camtesia so that I can run it specifically from this 'My Software' location. (My licensing says these are free updates from the version I have installed already.)

I think it would be best to change the download location ..
1] Open the File Explorer on your Windows 10 PC.
2] Right click on the Downloads folder in the left pane, select Properties.
3] Left-click the locations tab and set the path you desire.

I assume that will be   C:\users\(YourNname)\My Software\

Also consider removing the space between My & Software as some old legacy software  may not know what to do with the "space".

The re-direction via Downloads | Properties was a new trick to me, thanks it worked fine. I can't rename 'My Software' as this is IT controlled and has to be exact so that Application Control by IT is in place........basically they audit every executable we run on our machines. But you saved me a step, thanks Ed

I'd think it would be simple to download it to your default Downloads folder and then copy (or cut) that update file to the location you specified and run it from there.

The re-direction was actually quite handy as I have been copy and pasting from Downloads and it cuts out a step.

You can manually download and install any version of our software from this page:

Thanks all for the responses.

The downloads link is very handy.

I was still worried that running a normal setup over the top of a current install would mess up my licensing, rather than running the update option in the App (which doesn't work because of PC/network restrictions in my firm).

But took the chance and it was fine. I guess the install and old update files are one and the same ?

Anyhow I'm sorted thanks.
