Unfortunately, no you cannot.
Quizzes are dependent on the Smart player and Facebook and Youtube don't have any support for it.

Screencast does,  you can open a free account and host a limited number of videos complete with functioning quizzes for free.
There are also restrictions based on how many users access your content each month.

However,in general. It's the simplest way to host Camtasia videos.http://www.screencast.com/

Islam if you specifically want to put your videos on Facebook or YouTube then no there is no option for that unfortunately. However if you do not mind then yes your own website if you want to get one or the screencast.com hosting offered by TechSmith is another option. Let us know as we like to hear the feedback or at least I do to see if what others suggest is working or not and if it is useful/helpful or not. Thanks for posting and have a great day/night.

Cheers ~ Fred.

I found this doing a web search; it suggests that YouTube Annotations will let you link to another video?

http://www.clickonf5.org/2427/link-video-youtube-annotations/

if this is so, then make a short, very simple Camtasia project [like only have a single callout] that also contains your quiz; host that quiz video on Screencast.com; link to it from your YouTube video

I do not YouTube, and I have no experience with their annotations

maybe check it out

your quiz video itself can be very short [3 seconds], and when played will immediately present the quiz

again, I'm just brainstorming here
