Can interactive hotspot link to an internal shared network folder instead of a URL?

For internal training documents, I need for people to be able to link to shared folders on our secured intranet to access rev-controlled documents (policies, procedures, etc). When I add an interactive hotspot, Camtasia 9 automatically adds the "http://". If it didn't do this, I think the interactive hotspot would do exactly what I need it to do. If I cannot link directly to an internal folder, does anyone have any work-around ideas that still make it easy yet inevitable employees will go to the right place?

relative URLs are not supported in CS9; the issue is that the current smart player blocks them [security concerns] when the video is played; you can edit the URLs in the config.xml and config_xml.js files to format them correctly as relative URLs, but they still will not work

Camtasia 8.4 was the last version that supported relative URLs; the editor always added the http:// but the URL could subsequently be edited [text editor] within either the project file [before producing], or within the config files [post production]
