Thats one of the primary reasons Panoramic Capture was created.

When web browsers update. They break scrolling window functionality "All the Time". Then, TechSmith would have update SnagIt to fix it.
Odds are you can scroll the same pages in another browser.

A day, week, month from now. You'll probably be able to scroll them again.

In the meantime,I suggest you embrace Panoramic Capture and enjoy the ride.
It was released with SnagIt 13, up until then. Scrolling worked, or it didn't. That was your only options.

Regards,Joe

When it did work, 'Scrolling Capture' only required one mouse-click or button-push (Prt Sc) to initiate, capture and then open in editor. With 'Panoramic', there are four, mouse-click or 'Prt Sc' then select region then click 'Start'  and, finally, click 'Stop' after scrolling the window. Slows things down a lot. But, you are right in that 'Panoramic' is more reliable.

I am sorry if I came across as knocking you. I was only offering my opinion on how much more convenient I found 'Scrolling Capture' to be, when it worked.
