When I edit a video, I must see and see it repeatedly. If I can put a bookmark in a certain timeline, I can easily find that.

How do you think?

In Camtasia and video editing world, these are typically known as "Markers". Camtasia offers a Markers track and I believe you are also able to add markers to individual pieces of media added to the timeline.

Cheers... Rick :)

I assume you are looking for navigation assistance while editing a project?

if so, Rick's suggestion is a good place to start

an alternative method is to stick a short caption at each desired nav point; you can add descriptive text to the caption, and you can use the captions UI to easily navigate to a desired nav point

captions nav can be easier and faster that markers if there are a lot of nav points

you can also have multiple caption tracks [disable all but 1 at a time]

Here's a short tutorial I did on Markers:

You can actually add them on the timeline or on media. A "bookmark" would probably be a timeline marker.
