Can I get a Studio 8 file to open in You Tube as 720HD?

I have Studio 8.1.2 and I'm currently posting videos to YouTube, which is working fine. My problem is this - I can't figure out a way to post videos to YouTube so they automatically open with the Setting of 720P HD. Instead, they always appear with the setting of Auto (360p). Is there a way you can "produce" them in Studio so that they open with the Setting of 720P HD already applied, rather than the viewer having to change it themselves?

That's controlled by YouTube. There is nothing you can do.  The choice should be to lower the quality. I think they do that for the people with slow internet service. That don't understand computers and can't help themselves. I only upload 1080p so this issue bothers me as well.

I started using Chrome as my browser because it was the only browser that has an extension called YouTube Options. At the time, my ISP had instituted data caps and I wanted to stop videos from playing at higher res unless I said so. However, you can use the extension for the exact opposite as well. Here is an image I took of that setting:

This doesn't mean that people viewing your videos will see it as HD straightaway, but youtube switches to the highest quality a person's connection will support anyways. Hope this helps. For what it's worth, my switch to Chrome was one I don't regret for a moment and that particular extension has a LOT of options that I benefit from.

I appreciate the answer, demarist. I think what I'll do is record a 20 second segment for my videos advising viewers to switch to 720P and showing them how to do it.
