I recorded a Go To Meeting session. I would like to crop out the host screen and show the presenter screen. If this were a picture, I would use the crop tool. Would I use the zoom to eliminate the part I don't want visible? Can I do this for a 2 hour video?

Hi Ann,
Good News!
We added Crop in Camtasia Studio 8.1.0
The Crop tool removes unwanted outer areas of a video clip or an image.
1. Click the Crop icon to turn crop mode on. (Located at the top of the Canvas in the toolbar on the right next to the Pan button.)
2. On the canvas, drag the blue handles to remove desired area.
3. Click the Crop icon again to turn crop mode off.

You can also hold the alt key down to enable crop and then release alt when you are finished.

With the crop tool you can get the host screen out of your video without affecting the quality of the clip as Cameron mentioned.
