Cannot find or use superstamps onMac - - I purchased Superstamps and when I click the download it opens Snagit but nothing with stamps. How do I find the stamps and use them?

Another example of the crazy stamps folder scheme. Get this: First, click on the Stamps icon (star inside a square). Next double-click the folder named Custom. Next (and you might need to scroll down to see it), double-click the folder with the compressed name of Su...sv4. When that opens, you will see all of the SuperStamps folders (with compressed names also). Open any folder; use them by dragging onto the main work area. Once there, you can move them, resize them, adjust opacity, etc. but you cannot change the color.

Look at the conversation titled "I bought super stamps. It is a very tedious process to navigate" for more information.

I'll try to expand on Bobs answer just in case.

SuperStamps for Mac now comes with an installer. In the email you received when ordering you find 2 separate downloads, one for Mac and once for PC. The PC download also works on Mac, but it doesn't install the stamps into the Snagit Editor.

So first step is to download both of these files. Once the Mac installer is downloaded, double-click it to install the stamps into Snagit.

Also unzip the PC download because in that you will find the documentation that gives you an overview of all the stamps plus you will find all the stamps folders to use in other software such as office apps, graphic apps and video software like Camtasia. When you use it in most other software, just drag the individual stamps into the software document you want to use them in.

Regarding where you find the Stamps in Snagit, as Bob also explained, they are in the custom folder in the Stamps menu. But due to how Snagit displays them you may want to refer to the documentation or the PC downloaded folder to quickly find the stamp you need for your project.

I hope that helped a little :)
