Cannot get jing to upload to URL

I cannot get my screen capture to upload to screencast. The system is asking me to add my password, and I then get an error. I have logged into techsmith, changed my password, and continue to have problems. Can someone help me trouble shoot?  I'm on a mac.

 hi me too I cannot get back into my account. I also tried changing my password and it will not update.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Tried to upload a recording & tried to delete some recordings, but I receive a dialogue box asking me to login. However, I can't login, and even when changing my password, it doesn't work.

What's even weirder, why can I access all of my past recordings (and even view them) if I'm not logged in? Seems like I wouldn't be able to do or see anything if I really wasn't logged in.
