Cannot get the recoding to show bigger or full screen when publishing to a LMS

I am new to Camtasia.

Thank you for understanding that I may not be using the proper technical wording yet. Hopefully someone will get my question because I see nothing about this on any blogs.

When I record my screen, I have a full screen recording, in preview I have the option to select a button to make the view full screen, this is perfect.

My problem is when I publish the SCORM on an LMS, The recording is displayed in full but in a screen with a ratio of about 1/3...therefore my student see the screen very small in the middle. There are no option to make it FULL SCREEN or larger. I need for the recording to show bigger in my LMS, how can I do this? Thanks in advance

I use Camtasia studio 8.6. My LMS is eLeaP

Hello Nathalie and welcome to the Camtasia family!

Likely the issue is that your content is not matching the project settings so you will need to stretch the content to match, then reproduce. Here is a quick video: https://www.screencast.com/t/ByWM3nFLgA3

The first thing you'll want to do is set your view to something small, like 50% so you can see the entire video, then stretch the content on the preview window. Let me know if that helps!

I am having a simular problem with snagit
It used to capture and show what you captured.
now when it showes up in the editor it is a sampling of what it was.
Now most of the time you can use the  digital size option to enlarge it.
but the quality never seems to be as good.
I just want to see the same screen i captured displayed in the editor!

Hi Superarr;

That is not the expected behavior; have you opened a support ticket? Can you please provide me with the ticket number so I can look into the steps that our support agents have taken to remedy this for you?
