Cannot install SnagIt, please help me?

Hi everybody,
I have just purchased SnagIt after a trial period of 30 days. However, having paid and downloaded the installation program, I am not allowed to install because of the following error: Error 1316. 
Please advice what is wrong and how I can install the product I have purchased.

Hi,

If you were already using the trial there's nothing to install. When you launch the trial version you should be prompted to enter your software key to unlock the full version. If you were signed in to the trial and purchased through techsmith.com with the same account it should find the software key automatically.
