Cannot record GoToMeeting session attendee audio (while using AirPods)

When I use SnagIt (v4.0.6) to record a GoToMeeting session where I am using Apple AirPods (over Bluetooth), the audio that is being captured is my voice, but not the voices of the other attendees. I have 'Record System Audio' turned on. Anyone else have a similar issue? Is this a known issue? I am able to record GoToMeeting sessions with all attendee audio using wired EarPods. System info: 2016 MacBook Pro w/ Touch Bar, MacOS Sierra 10.12.2, GoToMeeting v7.30.0.

Hi tahirmus;

The issue is likely the AirPods as Snagit (nor Camtasia) work well with wireless audio. Please disconnect the AirPods then restart the Mac (required) and try recording content. Does that work?

I created ticket regarding this issue and have already got the response from the staff.

This is a known issue that our Developers are aware of.  Right now, Snagit works best with direct USB audio devices.  Things like external mixing boards and wireless Bluetooth devices are not currently supported, and we have seen those types of devices cause inconsistent results with Snagit.  Hopefully this is something we can improve future releases though!
