I use Camtasia since ages on this PC but suddenly I cannot see anymore the Tracks.
See the "?" below. I tried to change many views, but not even the resize works, Even the canvas do not resize.
The Sw works so I can for example i can add items, export (Share) the video... but I cannot for example see Track 1 and work on it. I'm using CAmtasia 9. Upgrading is not an option.
Thank you

Have you tried re-starting your computer?

You could try a repair install.

Thank you Joe.
Yes I tried to reboot my PC - No improvements
I tried to Repair but no improvements.
I also open old projects or create new one but still the same.
I thought to reinstall but I cannot as I do not have the install (9.1) and registration key with me and I have to deliver today a video. Sigh

Perhaps upgrade Camtasia to a service release?

Click here to see a TechSmith article on this

Also, that article seems to suggest they may reappear if you resize the area between tracks and preview.

Thank you unfortunately that Article suggest to "resize the canvas to have the tracks reappear in the timeline." i know that trick but does not solve it this time as I cannot resize the Canvas either.

Thanks but where can I find Service Release 9.11 (I use 9.1) ?
The Check for update just offers me to contact the Marketing, but I only want to get the fix now, later we can consider to buy the latest 2019 version.

https://www.techsmith.com/download/oldversions

You can find 9.1.5 "The newest addition" at that link.

Thanks again for your quick hint. That would have been great but:
I downloaded the 9.1.5 but cannot be installed on my Windows 10 (I ran it as Administrator)
I check the compatibility list but the 9.1.* is not listed.

That's odd? I checked and see I'm running 9.1.4 on my windows 10 computer.

I wonder if I can update?
