Cannot share to YouTube

Cannot upload to YouTube using the Share button.  I just end up with a green progress bar that shows no progress.  If I try to logout of YouTube I get a blank white screen.  Does TechSmith ever help out? It seems like many people share the same problems without a solution ever given. I have contacted Techsmith only by email and filling out their form but haven't had a response. They definitely don't share their number so phone calls are nearly impossible.

Sorry cannot help you but totally agree, it would be good if TechSmith employees were monitoring and responding on this forum! Go to Twitter send them a message, they respond quickly on this

What version of Camtasia are you currently using on Mac? What version of Mac OS are you running?

Hi, TechSmith is one of the few software companies that does provide a phone number and does provide free phone support (for current versions as well as for maintenance customers on old versions).  See below from the website.   Your ticket should have been responded to regardless though - if not please do give me or Rob that info so we can follow up.
