Cannot sign into screencast account

I've used the same "Free" Screencast account for years. My user name and password has not changed.
 Screencast will no longer let me log into my account as shown in the image below.

Is anyone else having this problem lately? I signed up for a new account yesterday but I still want access to my original account. There is a lot of content stored there and I really don't want this new account at all.

Has anyone else resolved this issue in the past? Thanks for any feedback.

I haven't logged directly into my screencast.com account in quite a while so after reading this post, I thought I'd try. I was able to log in without issue. There doesn't appear to be an issue with the site (unless there was a temporary problem).

At this point, I would contact Tech Support and ask them for some help. Hopefully they'll be able to figure it out.

Thanks for trying, I just tried and I'm still locked out for some reason.
 I thought it was probably a screencast issue as well.
Oh well, I'll contact support some time next week.

Here was the soultion for me.

I started by contacting Tech Support.
Technical support had me change my password "Which I didn't want to do". That's all that was required and there was no way to know what had actually gone wrong.

I prefer my original password.  I went into my account and reset the password to my original password.
That worked as well.
