Can't access one Quiz Result. TechSmith results email does not contain a link to add it to my Dashboard.

I post Camtasia (Windows) video lectures to Screencast with embedded quiz questions.  When the first results email arrives it has a hotlink to add the results to my Dashboard and then I can access the results; however, one did not have the link and TechSmith refuses to add it so I can not see that quiz result. Class ongoing. Ticket opened. No result for that one.
