Hi,
I'm using Snaggiyt for Mac 4.07
I usually combination Ctr-Shift S to capture, but the copy to clipboard option does not work, despite it's selected in the capture screen option.. So i need to get in the editor, and copy from here, to be able to paste... it's a waste of time when i don't need to edit the cap...
Thanks for your help

Hi,
So sorry about that! We will look into the issue. For now, you can use the new capture window and set a hotkey for the settings you like. You can even create a preset from these settings and assign whatever hotkey you'd like to it. Let us know if you have any questions.

My settings are as shown above and SnagIt does not copy the capture to the clipboard. SnagIt doesn't copy my capture to the clipboard unless the SnagIt application is open in the Dock.

Hi,
What version are you on? It appears to be working for me with version 4.1.0. If you're on the latest and it's still not working, you can submit a ticket with our tech support team and they should be able to help you out.

Hi eric.siry,
We released a 4.1.2 update today that should fix the issue you were seeing originally with the Control+Shift+S hotkey.

Hi,
If you go to https://www.techsmith.com/download/oldversions and select Snagit Mac, then choose version 4.1.10, that should work for you as long as you have your license key on hand.
