Have just bought Camtasia and Snagit. Have a software key and link to download. Everytime I try to use the link nothing happens. I come to a blank site. Just can't download. Sometimes I get an Error 404. I've payed for both programs but can't download them. Tried both Edge, Firefox and Chrome. For youtr information, I live i Norway. What should I do. When I try to come to techsmith.com I get an Error 404 page. Help!!!

If Joe's suggestion doesn't work you try support.  They have a "Chat with us" online support that is available during 9am-3pm Mon-Fri EST which is 4 PM to 10 PM in Norway, I think!  :D

And if that does not work, you can download the Trial Versions, if you can, and enter your Key that they emailed you and they will become the full version.

The exact same thing is happening to me, also. I purchased SnagIt 2019 yesterday and the download link is not working. Getting a 404 error for ANY link that has anything to do with downloading product. I just now opened a ticket, but no one is going to get to it until Monday it seems. "Funny" how purchasing it was error and problem free.

I just saw that another tech rep sent me a different download link and it worked also. So "problem solved" but I still would have liked to know what the actual cause was.

Another question for you. Where did the link you click originate? Was it in the email receipt? On the page you see after you complete the purchase process? Something else? It'd be super-helpful if you could paste it in here.

@Glenn

Both links were inoperable. The email link and the Techsmith link on my Accont/My Products page took me to a 404 error page. I can go anywhere else within the Techsmith web domain except anywhere that had to do with a link for downloading something.
