Can't Past Images in Confluence from Snagit.

Tested. This is very true. You need a Canvas color to paste an image that has a shadow. Please correct. Thanks

I'm a bit confused. After looking at the thread you shared, it would seem that Confluence seems to dislike images that sport a transparent background.

How is this remotely a SnagIt issue? What would you have the team at TechSmith "correct"?  Perhaps make it so that all images have a white background? If so, what happens to the bazillion users that desire transparent backgrounds?

I suppose that if anything, what would be most helpful would be to have a setting where SnagIt users could specifically configure the canvas color as a default.
