can't see my content

Hi. I use Jing for my screencasts and use the share to option. I'm a bit confused though....the share links seem to work ok but if I log into my screencast account I can't see any uploaded content?

It could be that Jing is configured to upload to a different account than the one you are logging in with.

While you are logged in and viewing some of your content, what do you see in the breadcrumb links near the top left of the screen?

If you are currently logged in as the owner of said content they should look similar to this:

However, if you are logged in as a different user than the owner of the content you will see the other user account's name, like so:
