I'd like to start using the trial but I can get to pass the Sign in to start your trial screen. I inserted my email address and click Next but nothing happens...

Sounds like you may have a local problem.  It's working here (in the UK)  Are you using Internet Explorer? Have you tried a re-boot?

I don't think the browser has something to do with this...The Sign in to start your trial screen appears when I try to open Snagit, it's not a browser window

Mario,
Did you do as Doug proposed in your other post? Create a TechSmith account by clicking on the Create an Account button?

If so, and you have done that, then I think getting to support, as Joe suggested, is the way to go. You might need to recover an old email address, account info, etc.

I think Mario wants to use it -without- having to insert an email address, like most free trials. Only if he wants to buy it, he will provide his email address.
