Can't upload to Screencast

When attempting to share a screenshot to Screencast, I get a message box stating "Due to security updates, please sign out of Snagit Editor and sign in again to share to Screencast.com"

I have signed out and in (or, rather, I have exited Snagit and relaunched it) to no avail. Although I've seen this issue occasionally, exiting and restarting SnagIt used to clear it.
I'm using 2019.1.3, and not sure it is a SnagIt or a Windows (7 Pro 64-bits) issue.

Might be a Screencast issue?

I never stay signed in, so on the rare occasion I do upload to it.I'm always signing in.

Can you sign-in to your account from a browser?

Screencast does have an occasional issue now and then.

If you can sign-in from a browser to the web interface then it kinda points to Snagit and Screencast not hooking up.

Have you tried a "Repair" install of Snagit?

Downloaded a fresh Screencast output, installed it and see if it helps?

You might have to go under the hood.

Hi there,You say you closed Snagit but you did not SIGN OUT.
You need to sign out of Snagit, and then sign back in. You do this by going here in the Editor:

So, click Sign Out, then close Snagit Editor, reopen, and sign back in. This should install the security patch needed.

Let me know if this doesn't work for you.
