Canvas is totally minimized and get drag him bigger

My Canvas is totally minimized as you can see on the attached file. It is not possible to click-and-drag to resize. What can I do? Through this problem, I can also do not use my library and Media.

You could try reinstalling Camtasia.

However, you cannot drag the timeline upward that much normally.

How can I reinstall without losing my unlock code?

The best thing to do is click on the "Help" tab in the editor and register it through TechSmith.That way you have a permanent record of your activation key.

You can also click the Help Tab/Technical Support and scroll down to see your activation key in the pop up window.

But now, each time when I use Camtasia, I have to reinstall the programm... :(
Are there any other options?
