Hello there! I recently learned how to use Captions and it’s great! But I’ve got a question. I’m creating a group and make the Captions blue, this is when i speak. After this i make another group with red Captions, this is when my friend speaks, but when i click on the previous Captions ( where i speak ) that are meant to be blue, they’re also red and i change them to blue and not the front one are red. Is there any way to separate the colors or fix this? Thanks. I’m also using the newest Camtasia trial.

but, you could use callouts to hold the caption text; those could have different colors

If you are using 2 different callous then I ain't sure BUT if you are using 2 different callous make sure the playhead is over the one you want and be sure to select that callout.
You can have different font colors in the same callout if you select the letters (highlight) them before changing their color.

Tpculp - he's referring to Captions, not Callouts.
In my captions, I use italics to differentiate the speakers, or sometimes quotation marks (e.g. between lecturer and audience questions). This property persists inside captions along the timeline.
