Please enable option such that image is captured both in editor and in word (for example) simultaneously when taking screen

You can also create a preset that sends it to Word automatically while sending it to SnagIt.
You can copy it to the clipboard, or send it to multiple destinations. Have the Editor open or remain closed.
The custom presets are very versatile.
