Capture is half black on one of three monitors

I am trying to make a printscreen with Snagit. I have three monitors. While making a capture, half of the screen of one monitor is black. I have tried to change resolution on the monitors or the size of elements. None of the solution works.

I am using Snagit 10 on Windows 10 (64-bit).

I just received a message from the technical support that Snagit 10 is not supported on
Windows 10. But all of my colleagues at work have the same version and it works for them.

Here is the problematic screenshot:

Do You have any ideas how to solve the problem?

Check your colleges setting. If you all have exactly the same systems then they have the answer even if they don't know it.
Check all your monitors are on the same level ie when you set your monitors they should all be beside each other. Make sure you are all running the same release on win 10.

Run a program called Belarc and it will check your computers and show variations in service packs etc.

Last thing is try using region to capture all screens.

I have checked my colleagues settings. Each person has monitors displayed in a different way but it works for them. Everybody has the same version of Snagit, i.e., Snagit 10.

My monitors are on the same level. The are distributed in this way:

I do not have this region functionallity in my Snagit (or I can not find it but I think that it is not the solution).

Oh, and by the way.

If you hit the Windows Key + PrtScn
Windows will capture all of your monitors. It will place them in a folder in Pictures.
The folders name is Screenshots.

Is the scale setting of all 3 set to 100%?

If I set scaling to 100% then the result is even worse.

Has anybody got any idea how to solve this issue in another way than the solutions mentioned above?
I still got this problem and I do not know how to deal with it.

Yeah, spend $25 and upgrade to a newer version.
If your fighting this discrepancy regularly. You're probably squandering time and losing yourself or your boss money.
SnagIt 10 wasn't designed for 2020's monitor resolutions or newer versions of Windows.
