Capture Non-Rectangular Windows With Transparent Background

When you take a screenshot of a non-rectangular window (e.g. iOS Simulator), the background behind the window is also captured. Other screenshot utilities capture these windows with a transparent background. See attached comparison.

Good news, there is a way to do this in Snagit! It's a little hidden though, so what you want is our Mission Control capture option

Once you hit capture, all the windows will fly out and you just select the one you'd like to capture.
