Capture scrolling window in Microsoft OneNote

Has anyone ever got this to work? It never works for me. It either doesn't scroll at all and waits indefinitely, or it scrolls a tiny amount and terminates the capture.

What version of SnagIt are you using?

Panoramic Scrolling in SnagIt 2018 seems to work without a hitch on my Windows 10 machine.

Thanks for the reply, Joe. I'm using  13.1.5  It's vertical scrolling that I'm interested. It works with web pages and some other programs, but seems very buggy with OneNote. My current work-around is to export the OneNote page as an html file, open that in a browser, and then capture the scrolling web page with SnagIt. It works but it's a lot more time-consuming than capturing it direct from OneNote.

OneNote does not seem to get along well with SnagIt's vertical scrolling for some reason.

When I attempted it with version 2018. OneNote Crashed every time.

I have SnagIt 12 installed as well. It didn't crash OneNote but it wouldn't capture anything.

SnagIt 11 captured this.

I don't know what this is? It isn't in the OneNote content.

For what it's worth, if you only do it once in a while. Your workaround seems to be the ticket.

Thanks for taking the time to do that, Joe. Much appreciated. Maybe I'll report it to Tech Support, or think about upgrading to 18 for the panoramic scrolling.
