How do i capture my screen with your application?
Why is it that a human service that answers questions is not more readily accessible? <Personal email address was removed by moderator>

Hello,

The community is here to help. You posted under screencast.com, are you referring to SnagIt or Camtasia? When SnagIt is installed the capture function is typically selected from an icon at the top of the screen or pressing the Print Screen key (or other configurable key combination).

Yes it would be nice as Timbre4 stated to know what software you are using so others can offer more help. Also with what Timbre4 stated about the Print Screen Key you have to have the option in SnagIt set to Run SnagIt when Windows Starts for the Print Screen Key to work correctly and open the SnagIt Capture Function. Just wanted to add that just in case it is not working for others so they can check the Preferences to make sure that Option is checked in the SnagIt Software. Hope this helps and let us know. Thanks for posting and have a great day/night.

Hello,
If you are referring to Screencast.com, you cannot capture your screen using that service. It is only a hosting site for your videos, and other media.

You can find our training and tutorial videos, guides, etc. here:
