When I try to capture the vertical scroll area for this page in chrome on windows
http://www.coeur-habitat.fr/appartements/property/13742392/?sid=2550001888

I get 2 problems.

1. The capture doesn't work - it captures only the address bar (which shouldn't be in the screenshot at all)
2. It creates a bookmark for me in chrome to this page. It's really odd and wrong.

works in internet explorer (so for me this has very low priority). I'm very happy with snagit.

I'm having this issue too. Extremely frustrating as we use Chrome for prototypes and testing and I regularly need to take scrolling screen shots. And when I try scrolling capture on Internet explorer the arrows don't show up. Is a fix on the way?

Hi Sarah;

What version of Snagit are you running, as this was addressed in Snagit 13.1.4 (see here)?

I am having issues with the scrolling capture feature as well when I try to do this on Google Chrome v63.  I have Snagit 11.4.3 and Windows 10.  Are there any adjustments I can do to get this to work again?  I've already tried playing with changing the properties in Profile Settings like unchecking "use fastest scrolling method" or scroll delays.  Is there no way to get this to work anymore in this version?

I am also having problems with the scrolling capture for the primary reason we purchased it: to capture Kanban boards in JIRA.   I've seen the problem in both Chrome and IE and we're using 2018.1.0.  Capture triggers menus at top instead of scrolling the screen.
