Certain Device Frames no longer available with Camtasia 2019 update?

Recently paid $100 for the update (Camtasia 2019) and discovered the "Thunderbolt Display" device frame is no longer available. I was informed that it’s also not available as a downloadable option?

Many core videos we created revolve around that device element. Don't understand why new device images with random backgrounds are offered but not an original device option with a clean, white, usable background?

Please make it available or reinstate it as an option. Otherwise, really not sure what the update was worth.

Yeah, I don't understand why some features are no longer available. It makes it hard to be consistent in my videos. I t makes me not want to update ever again. Because you won't know what features that you use will still be there after an update. It also makes it difficults to go back and make adjustments to videos.

I guess the real take away I have is create all of your own content and don't rely on Camtasia for any features but basic editing. It should be that way but TechSmith and Camtasia cannot be trusted because they're not consistent. I'm tempted to use Adobe Premiere Pro and do anything else with my own coding. Afterall, I have more Adobe apps I can add with my plan. I just was hoping for Adobe to have a consistent competitor so I wouldn't need to feed the beast.

Agree with you. I turned to this option because it was an out-of-the-box solution that I thought I could rely on. I'm a product manager, creating videos is something I do to help elevate our platform and the new build-ons we offer.

So naturally very disappointed that a paid-for enhancement offers no consistency or reprieve via Support - and it seems I now am getting less out of the same box...?
