There are many questions in the forums about support for for ChromeOS. There was a ChromeOS version of SnagIt in the past, but you discontinued it.

I would like you to reconsider. Yes, I know I can capture screen shots and selective areas using ChromeOS directly, but there isn't and easy way to add content to the image.

I have been trying Loom for video recording and it seems to work well, but I would like to stay with TechSmith, if I can. But, you aren't making it easy.

I'm really disappointed by the lack of TechSmith response on most of the articles posted about about ChromeOS support.

I agree with Michael's comments. With the release of Google's Pixel Slate which is on Chrome OS, I would think more and more people will use Chrome OS. it would be good to have SnagIt working in Chrome.

If you want to use an Operating System that's supported natively by "very few"in the software industry.

Take Linux users, they shoot themselves in the foot just the same.Over time, more programs now run on Linux. But there still left out in the cold, on a lot of platforms.

For many reasons people insist on using operating systems that can leave them behind. Adobe doesn't support ChromeOS and look how big they are.

Unless I'm misunderstanding the issue? Isn't this a situation you've put yourself into?

I appreciate your wanting TechSmith to pull out the stops and support ChromeOS.But if it doesn't make sense to them economically. Their not likely to until it does. That could be years from now or never.

Recent Computer news fro Cnet, Zdnet, and Computerworld say Microsoft has thrown in the towel on the Edge web Browsers and will remove all the Microsoft guts out of  Edge and use Chromium. will not support the older version Edge and possibly IE. Supposedly they will come out with the Chrome version of Edge next year.
