COACHES EYE TEAMS - Less transparency and more control for Locker owners

Is there any possibility of having a coaches eye + teams type software that enables the owner to have full control over who sees what? We use coaches eye for swim stroke analysis. Moving forward as a franchise model we would require different options.
For example, as the owner we have our own clients and would want to invite them to have their own locker/folder to store their analyses videos. They would receive their invite and be able to access just their locker only via laptop or mobile device (using an app).
We would set up master lockers for our coaches also. Coaches set-up on here would be able to download the coaches eye app. So Coach A could then invite their clients to join. Again - each client would create their own login to access the locker and download an app on their phone for super easy viewing access.
Coach A and Coach B cannot see each others clients, or the Owners clients.
Coach A, B etc would be able to view a chosen folder of MASTER videos from the Owner (eg to use as master video files for their side by side analysis with their clients).
Client A and Client B cannot see each others names or videos, nor do they have access to the coaches eye analysis app.
This means that all clients have security and privacy over their videos - like with screencast where you can create a password protected folder.
It also means that coaches have privacy and security over their clients.
As the owners (and head coach), we have full visibility of the coaches and their client database.

The social sharing option would need to be looked at, as we wouldn't want clients to be able to share videos that contain certain data.

As it stands, coaches eye + teams is not right for what we want to do unfortunately.
I'd be more than happy to talk through this in more detail with you if this is something you believe could be done?
