I am using Snagit v11 and when I open a jpg image in Snagit all the colors are different to source file image. Why is this? How can I preserve the original colors?

Hey Andrew,

Can you attach a screenshot showing what's going on? That'd be great, thanks!

Hey Andrew,

Any idea what program that file was originally saved out as? I can't get it to change colors at all on my end, like you are seeing.

No, I don't know. What I'll have to do is screen capture it rather than opening it in Snagit.
