I have Camtasia 2.x (Mac) I paid for from the App store, but it won't work, I am assuming with 10.15.

Since I did not buy this version directly from TS, how do I upgrade it (assuming it won't work with 10.15)?

Thanks,

You're correct, it won't work well with 10.15, since it is a few major versions out of date.
The Apple App Store does not offer upgrade pricing, so you have two options:
  1. Just buy Camtasia 2019 via the Apple App Store. This will give you a license for Mac only.
  2. Upgrade with us directly: Contact our customer service department, provide proof of purchase from the App Store (your receipt from Apple), and get upgrade pricing. This license would be for Mac OR Windows (combined license)

I have an icon in my "purchased" app store items, but I don't see a receipt per se.

How can I 'prove' I have a purchased version?

There is really nothing noteworthy for me (or desirable) in 10.15 to upgrade for, but I'm still interested in keeping software current.

Thanks,

Get ahold of Customer Service and they can help you see what your options are for that.

Did that. Thanks.

BTW, I noticed these three components are STILL listed as 32-bit in Camtasia 2019.

BundleID: com.techsmith.camtasia2019          Version: 2019.0.4

Would these be updated by the Mac OS itself once I installed 10.15?
