Constant Crashing when trying to "Save As"

Is anyone also experiencing constant crashing when trying to do a "SAVE AS" after doing a screen clip?  I've been using Snag-It or years and have just started experiencing this on my MacBook?

Hi,

Yes. Same problem here.
I bought Snagit this morning. First thing I did was capture a video, edit and save. Immediately got the 0x80004055 error.

Strangely. If I don't cut/clip/edit the video there are no error messages and the video is saved correctly.

Have raised a ticket but no response as yet.
Have also worked through this link and made any suggested changes with no resulting fix.

Kind of thinking I will get my money back and invest in another vendors software. Sad. Snagit seems to do all I need except save the file in the way I need it to and the way the product is described.

On windows 10 Pro. Brand new machine.....
