Convert Morae to MP3

Does anyone know how to convert Morae files to MP3 files?

It depends a bit on what you mean.  Do you want to take a raw Morae recording and extract the audio?  Or do you mean you want to take a finished Morae presentation (built using Morae Manager) and extract the audio from that?

If it's the latter, you can just go to File > Product and Share > Highlight Video, choose to produce to file, and then create a video with any of the formats listed (I would recommend MP4 for what you're trying to do).  Once you have the MP4, you can use any number of online converters to pull out the audio.  I believe you can even do it directly from within the VLC media player as well.

If you want to take a raw recording and extract the audio from that, it's a bit more involved.  You want to create a copy of the recording file, change the extension from .rdg to .zip, unzip the file, then convert the ASF video file to MP3 (which you should be able to do within VLC media player).  I've not used VLC for these types of conversions (I typically use Sony/MAGIC Vegas), but there's a lot of online help if you need a walkthrough.
