Hi, Many many times I just print screen to place in email and don't need the full snag it editor.

Every time I need to

1. print screen

2. drag select

3. click camera button

4. click copy to clipboard

5. close snag it editor

If there were just a 'copy to clipboard' option at step 3, I would save a great deal of time and effort.

Please could you add this?

otherwise a great tool.

thanks

It can already do this. Open the classic capture Window. Then at the bottom under Share, select Clipboard and deselect Preview In Editor. You'll also notice there's an "Email" option, you might want to try that as well.

If you are using Outlook for email, you can go to the Insert tab within an email window, select Screenshot, then select Screen Clipping to include in the email as an image. I'm in Outlook 2010, so not sure when this feature was first included. No saving of image needed! Email must be in HTML format, which can be changed from another format if necessary, in the Format Text tab. If you receive an email in plain text, for example, and need to include a screen capture in your reply, go to Format Text to change the email to HTML and then insert screen capture.
