Have you ever wanted to create good looking contoured “Customized Outlines” Like for highlighting an area on a map.

A person in a crowd, an object, or pretty much anything.

You can create them as a transparent PNG, for use in another program. Or just add them to an image.

There’s a free online program available.  https://www.photopea.com/

You could use Photoshop, which is my first choice. Affinity Photo and perhaps some other programs as well.

However, you have to know how to do it.

The topic was raised in this forum a few days ago.  This is my response. A Video. Some images don’t require this level of manipulation, but this technique can work on just about anything.

Regards,Joe

"Free is Great"

Huh where have I heard that ??  LOL

I like you use Photoshop or sometimes  Illustrator or Powerpoint for these type of things.

I can see that program would be a good thing for someone that might want to get kind of a taste of Photoshop

Free has its catches.
This program is more like acquainted Photoshop.
Time is money, if you use it often.Odds are you're better off with the real thing. For the casual user, its hard to go wrong.
