Creating Animation Presets in Camtasia

Is there a way to create our own Animation Presets in Camtasia?

I'm asking because I really like the Restore Feature. When I've zoomed into the top left corner of my screen, and then want to go back to full screen, then back again to the same spot as before, Restore is perfect. However, I also find myself going back and forth between other parts of my screen, for example the bottom right. It would be great to set several areas up that I could simply drag into the timeline when I need them. Can we do that with Camtasia 2018/2019?

Hi there

As far as I'm aware, there is no way to really achieve that.

But I'm aware that you ARE able to make a timeline selection and add it to your library.

So my thought is that you might do that, then when you want the animation again, you add the bit you saved to a track above the one you are working on, then select and copy the animation arrow and paste it onto the track where you want it. Then delete the library selection from your timeline.

Perhaps that helps you get close to what you want?

Cheers... Rick :)
